Very impressed with this product. It’s simple to use and automatically measures the distance with no time wasted. Sharp and accurate, easy to use, small and comfortable in your hand, easy to store. The plus factor is that it’s waterproof and doesn’t fog up. It’s clearness in optics is fantastic. I’ve owned some older models but this one is by far the best one on the market.

I saw this Rangefinder at Sportsman’s Warehouse for $349. The guy at the optics counter said it is rated 1000yds non-reflective, meaning you don’t need a reflective surface to aim it at. You can aim it at a deer upto 1000yds and range it apparently. It also has the up and down angle technology and works upto 89 degrees from level.. 90 degrees being straight up or straight down.

I borrowed a friends Riflehunter 1000 last Dec. to use while deer hunting in Ks..I was very impressed. Not only did the orange LED display make ranging early in the morning easy but the compact and sturdy housing and light weight allowed me to kep it on a tether for quick use. I highly recommend anyone looking for a top of the line range finder with features such as I/D,Incline/Decline shooting adjustments and the LED display for low light as well as 1000 yard range to check out Nikon’s Riflehunter 1000.
